Question:
What should I do if I was caught driving with a suspended license in Maryland?
Answer:
Without a license, you will need to catch a ride, or you will need to find someone to assist you in taking you to work. If your privilege to drive has been suspended in the state of Maryland and/or revoked, and you are caught driving, even if it’s to and from work or during the course of work, or to and from any other alcohol rehabilitation or post-secondary school education, you are subject to a year in jail and $1,000 fine for driving while suspended or driving while revoked.
