Theft Crime Penalties
The penalties for theft crimes are typically determined by the value of the property or services stolen. The theft of property or services between $1,000 and $10,000 carries a felony charge and a maximum imprisonment of 10 years and/or a maximum fine of $10,000. Additionally, a convicted offender may be required to restore property to the original owner or pay for the property and/or services. As values increase, so do the maximum penalties.

Client Reviews
The attorney’s and paralegals are incredible. They are truly committed to understanding your case and serving you. However, I’ve personally worked with Mr. Berman and Mrs. Bowman through my entire process! I am so grateful for their passion, dedication, and professionalism. I haven’t worked with many attorney’s in the past, but I’m glad you all were recommended to me. You all are truly the best. Thank you so much!
